Print Advertising To Promote Mill River Heights in Norfolk MA

This is the full page newspaper ad for our subdivision in Norfolk MA known as Mill River Heights.  Print advertising in the form of newspaper advertising and direct mail marketing are both a significant part of our offline marketing. 

Marketing must include both offline and online marketing in order to reach 100% of the market.  Not everyone is online but everyone reads their mail and many continue to read the local newspapers that are delivered to their mailbox every month.

So here we are in print.....our builders love this!!!

Barbara good job with the ad.  There is a good balance between print and white espace and get the message across in just a few words.

Hi George.... I'm spending alot of time with offline marketing right now to shake as much fruit from the tree as possible.... this ad will draw more activity to the site.... our postcards will also target buyers and future sellers....

Hi Barbara -- while there are many who are claiming the demise of newspaper and direct mail for real estate marketing -- to paraphrase Mark Twain -- the death of these two advertising vehicles has been greatly exaggerated in my market.

I've been doing all of them for so long now, and they're all integrated, I don't know where everything comes from unless I'm told by a homeowner....we did a full page ad this month for a free market analysis and I received a call yesterday from a homeowner in franklin....lorraine went last evening....will get it soon...
