I have two ways to search the entire Multiple Listing Service available via my website. Please know that with one of them you can see every single listing and still remain completely anonymous. On my website (lake-sinclair.com) you can click the home search tab at the top and search the entire MLS. All the homes are there. You can type in your price range and see them. I don't know anything about you and you get to see all the listings and contact me if/when you choose to do so.
Then there is the other, better way. Who is it better for? You, of course. Now to use the better way we do require ONE piece of information. It's your email address. To get to use our nifty save your search, notify you about new listings in your price range page you have to give us a valid email address.
LakeSinclairHomesForSale.com takes you right to the page. There are several pre-set searches for price ranges on the left of the page and you can choose any of them. The beauty is you and change your search if you go up in price range or even down in price range. And IF you need help setting your search you can ask and any of our full time agents at Lane Realty to help you. We'd be happy to help zone your search into fit your needs/desires in a home.
The benefits to this is that it takes you to a map, offers the ability to share with your friends/significant other or family member, lets you request more information about a listing with a mouse click or even request a showing with a mouse click. The best benefits are it saves your search, adds new listings every 15 minutes as they are added to the Multiple Listing Service by all the agents, allows you to "bookmark" your favorites and leave comments or questions and lets you see those that are going under contract so you can keep up with what is actually selling while you are searching.
So for that ONE little piece of information, your valid email address, you get a lot of benefit. We're not going to sell your email, we're not going to harrass you, and we are NOT going to pressure you. We pay for this system to benefit YOU, so you can easily access your search. We may contact you by email from time to time to see if you are finding everything with the saved search system easy to use or offer to be of service when you are ready, but no pressure ever. We'd love for you to read our reviews on our site and see... we like to treat all our clients well.
So John Doe and Ben Dover who set up saved searches this week... you don't have to do fake to get to see all the listings. Just choose the first option.
