Setauket Meadows was opened in 2005 for those 55 and over who were looking for a more leisure lifestyle. You can reach this 55+ neighborhood by Route 347 N to Old Town Road in Suffolk County. The community is gated with a touch-pad call system. As you enter, you are welcomed by the two scenic ponds with spraying fountains. Positioned on 27 acres, the Street names in the community are Emily’s Way, Blair Road, Brianna Drive and Cove Lane.
You will find attached townhouses with three designs at Setauket Meadows. There are The Poquott and The Belle Terre floor plans that have Master Bedrooms on the main level, and full basements. The Poquott is the interior designs, and The Belle Terre is the corner units with porches and side decks. The Old Field floor plan has all the bedrooms on the upper level. These are mostly 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses. All the units have attached garages, patio or deck, central air conditioning and gas heat.
There is a monthly common charge fee which includes the maintenance of the common areas and facilities. According to public records of the multiple listing service, in 2013 there were closed sales at Setauket Meadows in East Setauket New York between $455,000 to $495,000.
