The Umbrella Bar at Canyons Resort
Located across from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons Resort Village, the Umbrella Bar is a local favorite. From inside the glass enclosure of this outdoor deck bar, you’ll be enjoying a 360-degree view while enjoying your favorite beer and snack.
The Umbrella Bar food specialty offerings include burgers, homemade corn dogs, wings, and much more. Enjoy one of the many draft beers while playing a game of beanbag toss, foosball, or even Bimini ring.
St. Regis Bar at Deer Valley
For a truly luxurious après ski experience, check out the St Regis Bar. The St. Regis is one of the newer hotels in Deer Valley and prides itself in offering the ultimate guest experience, and the bar is no exception. You’ll find yourself ensconced in a modern mountain environment that is casual and contemporary.
For the Bloody Mary lover, check out the signature Bloody Mary, created from St. Regis’ Bloody Mary mix and High West’s Vodka 7000’. Complemented with a wasabi-celery foam and salt rim, you may want more than one!
The food offerings at this lovely bar include tasty treats and light fare from Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts. This bar is open late, so you’ll be able to enjoy your après ski experience for as long as you like!
High West Distillery & Saloon
Saddle up to the bar at the High West Distillery & Saloon and enjoy a Western-style après ski experience. High West is also a local distillery turning out some of the best liquors in the West. Located on Park Avenue, it’s conveniently located to any of the area’s resorts.
Enjoy some of the Saloon’s cocktails while sitting at a bar created from wood from the Great Salt Lake Trestle Bridge. You can enjoy any number of unique cocktails made from spirits including Silver Whiskey, Vodka 7000’, Rendezvous Rye and others.
The menu offerings of High West include many family friendly favorites with a unique twist. Enjoy the offerings of Chef James Dumas, who blends regional and seasonal ingredients, along with High West spirits, to create wonderful small plate offerings.
