The Turnberry Ocean Club three-level private club begins at approximately 300' above sea level (shown in the artist rendering above, as a large open air "cut-out" section of the building just over half way up), this exclusive residents only club includes a Hammam spa, massage rooms, infinity edge pools, wine room, private dining, gym and fitness areas, relaxation room, locker rooms, library and more to be announced.
The Turnberry Ocean Club condominium will rise 649 feet above the ocean to the maximimum height allowed by the FAA in this area of South Florida.
This new oceanfront luxury condominium property is being developed by Turnberry Associates and designed by architect Carlos Zapata. Turnberry Ocean Club condo sales are expected to begin in the fall of this year, with groundbreaking planned for early 2015. Completion of this new luxury oceanfront condominium development is projected for 2017.
