My Journey Straight Up - It's About The Food And So Much More

Ambiance, history, nature, walking, yoga, writing, relaxation, good company and good food top the list but not necessarily in that order. Upon completion of this retreat we are leaving the quiet country for the hustle and bustle of Rome. Hopefully the weather will be great as we intend to do some walking tours.

Sheila - a little of both there is a group of us at the retreat and we often go in smaller groups to tour some of the local communities and sights. It all depends on who wants to do what after the yoga and writing sessions are over for the day.
