Clarksburg, MD Home Sales Update
A total of $7.8 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during April 2014, compared to $6.5 million in April 2013 – an increase of 19.8 percent.
The median sold price during April was $412,000 (up 9.4 percent compared to April of last year), and nineteen homes sold and closed during the month -- up from sixteen in April 2013.
Additionally, the number of new contingent contracts is up 14.3 percent, indicating that we'll continue to see an increase in the "sold" numbers in the coming months.
