#2 - Mr. Marshall - it was a Short Sale when I had it, but is in Foreclosure now. As usual, the bank got greedy on the asking price, RAISED it by a very large amount, and lost offers. If they had priced where I said to at the beginning....
I dropped it after 2 weeks as they were just being unrealistic!
