Duvall’s real estate inventory and days-on-market increasing
The median list price in Duvall, WA this week is $522,500 is up from April's $419,000. Inventory and days-on-market are both trending higher recently. However, the improving Market Action Index implies some increased demand will temper the negative trends.
Supply and Demand
The Duvall real estate market appears to have begun to cool. As we're still notably in the Seller's zone, prices have not yet adjusted. If the market continues to cool, then expect prices to follow lower. It may take a few more weeks of slack demand for prices to eflect and begin to fall. Expect this condition if the index fallsw to the Buyer's zone.

Duvall real estate prices trends continued their recent uptrend this week. While still below the market's price high-point, we've seen a nice run recently.
