Trumbull CT home sales for June 2014 showed a 28% INCREASE in sales from the same period last year.  Listing and selling averages both went up 3%.    Sales also jumped up 109% from May 2014 sales. See yearly chart below. 

Days on the market went DOWN 19%.  The market absorption rate was down significantly coming in at 4.00 months putting it back into a seller's market statistically  for the month.  That means at the current pace, it would take 4.00 months to sell off the inventory of 184 homes.

The absorption TREND, which shows the number of months it would take to sell the entire inventory at the same pace, came in at 5.21 months for the last three months.
