Fishhawk Lake-Annual Dock Crawl 2014
After the annual membership meeting, our reward for members and family is to celebrate summer with our annual progressive dinner called Dock Crawl. This year, the weather and spirits were perfectly aligned!
We had salads, a main course and dessert. Libation, laughs, dogs and kids were in abundance, too! Great attendance and smiles all around.
Our first hostess, Marilyn Van Horn (on the right)
First course, salad and enjoying catching up with one another.
This is Elaine our hostess for the main course and second stop, and Kathy Cardona, our Architectural Committee head, as well as our Firewise teacher and many other hats that she wears!
Attire was everything from nautical
to Festive.
I even had the occasion to photograph a Flower Child.
Second course was a large meal: chicken, rice, corn on the cob, hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad and chips,
(thank you Elaine and chefs)
plus the oh-so-fattening Almond Joy in a cup. Not for the kids, though!
Kids of all ages,
a very calm dog,
even a game of "Bags"
at our dessert destination, put on by the Levine's
and friends galore made for a truly wonderful annual event at Fishhawk Lake. Everyone went home full and happy. We love our Fishhawk Lake Dock Crawl and stay tuned for our annual before-Christmas Cabin Crawl--not to be missed!
