Sales month-over-month in March decreased by 7% over March of 2007. Listings taken in the month also decreased by -20% AND year-to-date listings fell as well by -9%
Prices were higher from a year ago from $159,727 to $169,961.
Overall, the market is flat and the same as it was last year. Despite the slight drop in sales activity, it is offset by less active listings on the market. That seems to explain the slight increase in price.
