Lincoln County Wisconsin; Quality Forest land and Wildlife!
Lincoln County is a surprisingly wild county considering how close it is to the big city of Wausau. This is due to the large blocks of high quality Industrial Forestland in the county.
Our clients at Woodland Management Service own large acreages of forest land in this county and they are pleased with the plentiful wildlife and quality timberlands here.
Lincoln County is home to more than 430 thousand acres of forest land, most of which is private land.
Most of this forest land is High quality Northern Hardwoods and Aspen with over 180 thousand acres of Northern Hardwoods and 104 thousand acres of Aspen. This Aspen makes some of the best habitat for the high quality Whitetail deer that are found here.
These forests are not only good for producing income for our clients but also great habitat for high quality Deer, Grouse, Turkeys, Bears, Wolves, and more.
If you are interested in purchasing land in Lincoln county or if you already own some and would like to learn more about how to improve this land, give me a call, our Foresters and Wildlife Specialists can help.
