The best possible outcome is for a homeowner in danger of default on their mortgage to act quickly. Most folks wait until they are headed for the court house steps to take action.  Sometimes they could have saved their homes, other times they could have at least minimized the damage that foreclosure causes.

The first step will be to discuss your current situation and mortgage status, from there we can make recommendations as to the next action to take.

We can meet with you in our office privately to discuss everything so that you can make a good decision. There are options available that do not involve foreclosure, but again, you must act quickly to take advantage of those options.

Our objective is not to take you straight into a short sale but to see if there is a way that we can help you retain your home first.  If that cannot be done, then we can help you, in most cases, sell with the least amount of damage to you and your credit.

*Do not move out of your home unless you are foreclosed and notified by your lender or their Realtor® to vacate.
