With the warm weather comes more phone calls from potential renters for Seapointe Village. Folks calling now are findings slim pickings for their requirements (Ocean View, a view within Seapoint Village, Pool View, etc.). If these things are important to you, I suggest several things:
1. ASK if the view you see on the web with their ad is the view from THEIR Seapointe condo. Some folks show a beautiful view BUT it is NOT from their condo.
2. Call earlier next year to get the Seapoint Village condo you desire. Word is spreading fast about Seapointe Village so the rentals are going faster and faster each year (even in June and September!!).
3. Get your Seapointe Village Vacation rental by owner from this site since the owner of the website will not post a picture of a view unless it came from the balcony of that condo.
