MY Dyersburg Real Estate Website Bounces From #1 to #2

My Dyersburg real estate website bounces from #1 to #2(back and forth) for several key search terms for my area. Believe it or not my Dyersburg real estate website is a templated website that I have tweaked and tweaked.

I wonder if say 75 of my fellow "rainers" were to hit it over the weekend if Google would notice? In fact, I bet it might knock it back to number 1.

I have been on Activerain since 2007 and have learned so much seo related techniques from people like Katerina Gasset and others but it seems that Google keeps changing its indexing formula on a regular basis.

Please don't hesitate to give me advice that will help me with Google. Yahoo and Bing have me at the top almost always so they are not changing up like Google.

Mike - I think Google constantly changes their SEO formula so that is is always a moving target.

Mike Frazier I had an IHouse web site for many years and I will say that they are very search engine friendly. I see both of your sites are listed in dmoz.org and that is a very good thing with google. You are doing great so I would not change very much of your content. I would only recommend that you continue to build your link popularity and blogging is a great way to do that.
