By
Real Estate Appraiser with PB APPRAISALS

I Was watching the morning news this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see the screen filled with cats and dogs being held by volunteers all dressed in orange(the bright color choice of the ASPCA)

Paw prints

"It is our hope that by identifying the combined efforts of the ASPCA and its partners with this color, the public will begin to identify "orange" with the welfare of animals all across the country," said Sayres, President.

Tonight the Empire State building and Niagara Falls will be "dressed" in orange...to honor the ASPCA, how cool is that!!

I'm a ASPCA Guardian.  I just wish everyone knew that if they just a gave a little each month even just a 1.00 (if that is all they had to give) it would help out a lot.  Just remember - We Are Their Voice - Without us they have no one to turn to.

Greetings from the North Georgia Mountains!
Patrice:  We have three dogs--all of them rescue dogs.  We have quite a problem up here in the mountains...people come up here and just "drop" their dogs off in the middle of nowhere.  (For the sake of being fair, I will assume they think that is preferable to dropping them off at the pound where they live.)  What they don't see are these poor bewildered animals--scared and without food and water--wandering along the sides of the road without a clue as to what they're supposed to do now.  Very sad...
