Closing Two Million in One Day is Pretty Much Unheard of For Me

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

It's always nice at the end of a $2 million home sales closing day in Sacramento to be told you were selected to be the listing agent for another home. It's the circle of activity that keeps everything interesting in real estate, especially when your main friends are basically the agents you work with and the sellers you come to know, which is just fine with me.

In fact, it is downright exhilerating to check your morning email and be informed by a new client you met with the night before in Natomas -- very close to the home of another client who could not bring herself to accept a full price offer & for whom you just removed her lockbox on the way over -- that you have been chosen as the listing agent they wish to hire.

You can read more in my personal blog today about my once-in-a-lifetime happening yesterday: How to Close $2 Million in Sales in Sacramento in One Day.

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

Kristin Johnston, Waukesha Realtor 414-254-6647  I actually do not believe I have ever achieved this milestone in my 40 years in the business.

Joan Cox I would like to sell more million $ homes as I like the luxury end of the business, but unless I'm working in El Dorado Hills, there aren't a big influx of them in the metro. I have a $1.2 coming on the market on Friday, though, and it's the most spectacular home I have ever seen for that square footage, design and price. Maybe I'm in love with the zebra skin on the wall. Hard to say.

Morning Elizabeth with a sale like that I would consider on taking the rest of the year off.  But that is not your style.  I'm sure you are just getting started in the high end homes.

Hi Elizabeth.  Congratulations on the milestone.  It would take 12 of my average sales to hit 2 million.
