Lake Providence by Del Webb 2015 Spring Market Report
The Lake Providence neighborhood in Mount Juliet has seen some huge changes these past few months. Pulte has sold their remaining lots and the final homes are being built. In a few more months, the neighborhood will show no signs of the builder.
The following chart shows the first quarter 2015 sales compared to those of the 2014 first quarter. It also reflects the average sales prices and average sales price/square foot.

There are currently 17 homes for sale with an average asking price of 341,667. Of the 17, 6 have home inspection contingencies.
Lake Providence was started in 2007 in Mount Juliet Tennessee. Just 8 years later the neighborhood is almost complete with over 1000 homes.
We are hoping that Del Webb will locate another piece of property in Middle Tennessee to start another neighborhood. In the meantime, buyers my satisfy themselves with the resale market.
