Love my Mule!

For years I shave showed farm and ranch properties in Colorado, Arizona, and here in Texas one of two ways, in my one ton 4 wheel drive truck, or on foot.  I really enjoy 4 wheeling and it is very rare that I get stuck, but it does happen! And I also enjoy hiking large properties with Clients who want to.  But here in Texas the best way to show properties to Buyers that is a comfortable way for them to see as much of the an acreage property as possible - is with a personal all terrain vehicle escpecially when it is hot and muggy!  I shopped around and ended up purchasing a Kawasaki Mule.  4 wheel drive and two bench seats.  Of course I had to buy a trailer too but the investment was worth it.  My Clients can ride in comfort and it even has a cooler for cold beverages.  Just love my Mule!Deb

Yes we have lots of toys like this in Arizona. You can see trailer after trailer heading out of town on the weekends loaded with all sorts of 4-wheelers.

First time I have heard of the Kawasaki Mule.  I have a 4WD Subaru that works fine in most situations, including dirt roads.

Deb, I too think your "mule" is way cool, and definitely the way to show land!

That would be a fun way to tour large properties, and it beats walking!  The trailer is definitely a good option.

Deb,

Like you, I show many large acreage properties.  Many times the Buyers, some of whom work in the city, opt to walk the property.  This enables them to enjoy the outdoors.  Otherwise, I use my Jeep to drive them around the farm.
