Hi Julie-it's my architectural background asking that question The lines in the stucco look to me like that of a prefab home. They can be custom made and it is interesting to watch them put it together when all the pieces arrive at the site. My brother had one built on the side of a mountain and it is quite impressive!

A home with 24 ft. ceilings...I would love to see that. Mine are 13 and feel super tall. Good report Julie.
I'm a little surprised by the price I have to say, it's a very very unique space and circle of people who love the sort of thing!

Laura Cerrano - I definitely have to agree the 24 ft ceiling is a little extreme. I do think the home is beautiful though. But it is not my listing of course. This is just a fun blog I will be posting weekly from here on out. I think it is a fun and light way to enjoy some Houston Real Estate and possibly help with SEO. I am yet to see on the latter... I had 20 foot windows in my living room in Carolina Cove. It was a waterfront home and the windows gave it a WOW feature. So it just depends on the home. They might be PERFECT for it. You never know until you see it. I hope YOU sold it Julie Morales

I am flattered by your comment but I am actually just doing a weekly post of the most expensive home sold in Houston for that week. I do not list the or sell the homes and have no relation to them. I just enjoy the post and I also got the idea from another Rainier. I thought it was a neat little marketing idea. I hope you continue to stop by and comment.
