Sacramento County experienced a -9.1% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in June vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a 15.3% increase in homes SOLD, while Pending Sales increased 26%.
Interest rates remain low. For those able to find a suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.
