The simplest way to search for new homes is to log in to our Salt Lake home search site each day and scroll down the center of the page looking for snippets of new homes listed or houses under construction. The photos on the thumbnails will be marked. When you see something in the area you like in a price you can afford, click on the link or photo and information about that listing will show up on your screen. It does not matter who the listing agent is. You have access to every house or condominium listed for sale on the MLS.

Another way to search for new homes in Herriman is to go to the Herriman home search site (notice that the year built was pre loaded to reflect houses built in 20015). Go to the left of the form and fill in the price from and the maximum price you are willing to pay. Now is a good time to request, by filling out the appropriate boxes, any other "must have" features.
