Navigating Conflict Helps You to Grow as a Person
“Difficulties are meant rouse, not discourage. The
human spirit is to grow strong by Conflict.”
William Channing 1780 - 1842, theologian
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Navigating conflict helps you grow as a person
A conflict is a difference view point of the same condition by difference people. In other words you will face conflicts in many areas of your life . . . . throughout your life.
When you’re facing a conflict . . . look for the areas that you can agree on with the other party. In that one single act you can lay the foundation of resolution of the conflict . . . . It also will be a step forward to remove some of the stress that’s involved as a result of the conflict.
Learn to adapt to conflict . . . . and to navigate a successful solution while others are caught up in the disagreement of the conflict. You will grow stronger as a result . . . . of your conflict resolution skills.
When you have good conflict resolution skills your skills will separate you from the masses . . . . and you and your services will be in demand. Those skills are invaluable in every aspect of your business and life.
When you’re facing a conflict look at it as a temporary condition . . . . and look at it with the confidence that you can find a successful solution.
Navigating conflict helps you to grow as a person . . . . As you grow your conflict resolution skills you will not only grow stronger as a person . . . . You will become more productive. . . . and more successful as a business professional.
