But I’m not a magician -- really I’m not.
There’s no sleight of hand.
No shills.
No sawing in half but I have stories of clients experiencing some significant savings when they have chosen me.
And when it comes to fairy dust -- let’s not even go there. I have professionals available to address such issues.
I share strategies with sellers of pricing, presentation and preparation and how/when to respond to offers. It’s important that your home is not just listed on the multiple listing service but exposed in the best manner through a thorough and complete marketing plan. If it’s going to vanish -- we want it to be in the form of a transaction that encompasses the best possible price and terms for you.
Yes, I know about deals and believe the best ones for buyers are when you win and that seemingly magical moment when you close. Now that’s a darn good run.
I will share a glimpse into the local market taking into account what’s also happening beyond our little spot in the world. I can’t predict what may or may not happen in the future...after all if any of us could -- why would we be here, right?
