2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week Offers Fall Fare

It's that time of year again, folks.  Time for the 2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week.  That's when local restaurants in our Reno community offer fixed menus of delicious Fall fare at fantastic prices.  Everyone's a winner here!

2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week

You don't have to live in Reno to enjoy the 2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week.  Just visit any of the more than two dozen Reno restaurants participating in Reno Bites between now and Sunday, October 18th.  Each restaurant offers its very own pre-fixed menu at different price points ($10, $20 or $30).  This gives everyone the opportunity to visit their favorite local Reno restaurant or try something new without breaking the bank.  Many restaurants also offer special Signature Events throughout the week.  At these events, guests will enjoy chef specials that you will only find during the 2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week.  Check with participating restaurants ahead of time to see if they are hosting such an event.

At the end of 2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week, several chefs will pit their own special recipes against one another in a Chef Showdown.  Czyz's Appliances in Reno is the backdrop for this succulent showdown.  The chefs are each given one hour to create a dish based around one secret ingredient that is not revealed until the competition.  The winner receives a prize as well as bragging rights for a year.

Are you a "foodie"?  You can actually win prizes simply by eating at one of the participating venues during the 2015 Reno Bites Restaurant Week.  Contact Reno Bites Week at (775) 772-8447 to find out where to pick up your "passport".  Each time you dine at a Reno Bites restaurant, ask to have your passport stamped.  Bring your passport to the Chef Showdown on October 17th for a chance at fun prizes.  Those passports with the most stamps will be entered into a random Grand Prize drawing as well.
