Customers Want Innovation
“Doing the things we do now and doing them better, cheaper
and faster take us so far. But it will not take us far enough.
We’re going to have to do new things in new ways.”
Peter Bonfired, British CEO of British Telecom
As I see it . . . . . . .
Customers want innovation
People want what’s new . . . . and cutting edge. A good example of this is the iPhone . . . . When a new model comes out the preorders are overwhelming . . . . There’s a line of customers wrapped around the mall waiting to pick up their new iPhone.
Customers will wait in line for an iPhone for hours . . . . and won’t walk across the street for old or outdated technology.
The real estate business is in the same state of change . . . . customers want innovation . . . . not the same old stuff.
Customers are not looking for fluff . . . . they want the real stuff.
When they list their home they want it sold . . . . When you’re working with a buyer they want the transaction to go smoothly. In all cases the customers want their expectations to be met . . . . by a real estate professional that can deliver the goods.
Customers want innovation . . . . in the real estate transaction . . . . not a lot of talk.
