This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 3.1 percent, for new homes up 16.6 percent and for resale conds up 6.3 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 13 percent and up 15.0 percent on condos and down 4.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viej.8o Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.1 percent and the sales volume is up 34.1 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.1 percent and the sales volume is up 39.7 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 2.4 percent and the sales volume is up 4.1 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 1.2 percent and the sales volume is up 10.0 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 9.5 percent and the sales volume down 5.9 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 15.6 percent and the sales volume is down 10.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 9.7 percent and the sales volume is up 9.1 percent.
There was a significant difference this week all positive. We will see a lot of variation do to holidays. However we will see the market very each week which is shown in the numbers.
