As I type, France is striking ISIS targets in Syria....and the Broncos are down 10-0 against the Chiefs.  Closer to home, Steamboat Springs real estate sales reported by the Steamboat Pilot today showed 23 closed Steamboat real estate transactions last week with a dollar volume of $7,685,000.  7 were single family sales, 9 were condo/townhome, 6 lot/land, and 1 commercial/industrial.           The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS shows 164 pending Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions with a total list price dollar volume of $97,865,977, an average list price of $596,743 and the median list price for pending Steamboat Springs real estate sales of  $392,000.     15% of pending Steamboat Springs real estate sales are pending with a list price over $1 million, 6% are between $999,999 and $800,000, 9%  between $799,999 and $600k, 17% between $599,999 and $400,000, 12% are Steamboat real estate pending sales with a list price in the $300,000s and 41% are listed under $300,000.                                      

34% of the pending Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions are single family, 40% are condo/townhomes, 12% are lot/land, 13% are commercial/industrial, and 1% are fractional pending Steamboat real estate sales.
