Get ready Fannin County for the annual Tour de Georgia bicycle race on April 25. Roads in the southern section of the county will be closed for about 2 hours, to allow the cyclists to pass through.
During the race, riders are expected to enter Fannin county about 1pm and the cyclists should all be in Union County by 2:30
This will be the 6th annual edition and is now the highest ranked cycling stage race, 2.HC in North America. Proceeds from the event benefit the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
