The story BEHIND my wallpaper . . .

 

 

 

Ever being afraid of copyright violations my cell phone wallpaper is a shot of my wife's cell phone  that I took for a post I did two years ago entitled, An Active Rain Blogger called me, BUTT . . .

 

I could say that it is a constant reminder that my wife Sharon is backing me or that she is behind me 100% (definitely the case!),  but the simple truth is when trying to email it to myself from my cell phone it ended up as the wallpaper.

 

This picture  has remained as my wallpaper for over two years as I like the vivid red color, fun memories taking the picture with Sharon as she was asking WHY,  but most of all because I don't know how to change it!   ^_~

 

So thank you Dick Greenberg  for your Active Rain contest as you have given me a chance to  evaluate my cell phone wallpaper and perhaps I can get some guidance on my ME, Myself and I phone on how to load a new wallpaper picture!

Bruce Walter That's a pretty funny story about wallpaper.  What a crazy community this is.  The other day I was reading a story about how toilet paper almost killed the deal by @scott godzyk - today it's wallpaper.  Never a dull moment in the Rain!

Oh my gosh, that is too funny! I don't know if I remember how to change mine either, Bruce! And, I've had the same 'mug shot' as my husband calls it, for 2-3 years too!  I'm ready for a new one, for sure!

I do like your 'wallpaper', and have changed mine a few times, though always go with a Desert Theme Bruce Walter.  I hear you regarding copyrights though, and only use pictures that I have personally taken, and that being said, I don't take alot!
