Current inventory in Landfall at Jamestown

There are currently eight houses for sale in Landfall at Jamestown.  One of these houses is proposed construction and one is under contract pending a home inspection.  These homes are priced from $499,900 to $1,199,900 and range in size from 2779 to 6262 square feet. The list price per square foot ranges from $144 to $200

Landfall at Jamestown is located less than a mile from the Jamestown Settlement and is surrounded by Powhatan Creek.  Many of the houses in Landfall are on the creek and have docks and or boat lifts. 

 

Amenities include a fishing dock and kayak storage for the owners, as well as a tennis court.  This subdivision is filled with lovely custom built homes.
