Sacramento County experienced a -27% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in November 2015 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a 4.8% increase in homes SOLD, while Pending Sales increased 20.7%.
Interest rates remain low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.
Myrl hope the inventory increases so Sacramento County can continue the increase in sales.

Myrl, sure looks like Sacramento County is doing very well, but with decreasing inventory.
They say 2016 is going to be an even better year for us! Sounds like Sacramento did well in 2015!
Interesting stats Myrl Jeffcoat ... Obviously, the demand for home ownership is strong in Sacramento!
