Tomorrow will be a long day for me. I promised my client to do the final walk-through on the home that she is purchasing on the Big Island of Hawaii. Closing is in about a week.
That's one of the services that I provide for my clients who can't be there themselves, clients who live on the mainland and are purchasing a second home in the islands through me.
As you know, I am a licensed broker in California and Hawaii, and buyers contact me to preview properties for them to purchase.
Once under contract, I attend the home owners inspection and do whatever else it takes to make sure the transaction closes.
What makes this unusual?
My clients tend to live in California and they may or may not actually come out to see the home themselves. I send them just as much information as I can on the properties they are interested in, not limited to what's on the MLS.
I will take videos when I do the previews, and give an unbiased opinion and report of the property they are interested in as it compares to others that are similar.
