The next one was on and off the market for over a year. It's off-the-lake, on the main road into the Fishhawk Lake community and has great views of the lake but is on a sloped lot, that's been surveyed and has a driveway.
Both sets of buyers are excited to build! Prices, areas were vastly different but that is what makes it exciting to look for lake property Fishhawk Lake, because there is variety galore here for building or buying an existing home!
There aren't that many lots left, as we have about 185 homes currently and we will top out at 200. We'll never be a "mecca" is how I describe it to my clients and that's part of the allure of this Fishhawk Lake community!
