Leanne Sparling back in real estate and raring to go! 
Leanne first started in 1999. She took a break for a couple years and was just relicensed in November. Welcome back Leanne. I asked her how business down there. She said property in Roseville has been selling in leaps and bounds. 2015 was great and 2016 is going to be even better. A common thread across the nation has the inventory low and tons of buyers. Leanne said that properties are going for full price, yet sellers seam to be sitting on the fence not quite sure if it is time to sell. Roseville California has a population of about 119,000 which suprised me since the last time I was through there it had right around 30,000. Roseville is a gem with its rural country side dotted with oak trees just 2 hours to the ocean or two hours to the snow.
I asked Leanne what she hoped to see in Active Rain. As most of us when we first start she was wondering how Active Rain would fit into her real estate world. I admitted that when I first started I wasn't sure how telling an agent across the US about a listing in my area would do any good, but that once you give it a shot there is a wealth to Active Rain. I explained the benefits of blogging for our clients and how networking with agents is a great learning experience and an opportunity to find good agents in other areas when we need to refer clients out of the area.
