Squeezing in Listing Appointments

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

I first had scheduled a meeting with this seller last weekend, but then something came up for her and she could not make it. We rescheduled for yesterday, but she had a conflict with that day and time, too. We all lead hectic lives, and I do my best to accommodate my clients.

However, when she called yesterday to say she would like to meet on Friday, I almost said, oh, no, any day but today. I already have appointments in the morning, then I'm trying to get my hair done in the afternoon and dressing for an awards dinner where I'm likely to receive one of the top awards at the company, and I can't take on chance on being late for it.

I offered to send another agent in my place with the paperwork. Nope, they want to see my eyeballs. Shake my hand. Meet in person.

But then I said what the heck. I can work miracles. I work well under pressure. I'll take it. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: A New Condo Listing at Riva on the River.

Congratulations on your new listing at Riva on the River. Sounds like it will get multiple offers as soon as it hits the MLS on Monday. And have a great evening tonight at the Lyons award function. We want to see photos tomorrow!

Hi Elizabeth.  Sounds like it will be a great listing that shouldn't last long on the market.  Well worth all the juggling of your schedule.

That Riva condo listing under $300K does sound like a great one.  Condo dues of $200/month are also very reasonable.
