Wow, I have never had so many qualified buyers in my 11 years of being a REALTOR. It is a great problem to have, but it is still a problem.
The inventory in the Storm Lake IA area is very low, surrounding towns are the same - Alta, Aurelia, Newell, Cherokee. Our brokerage Weaver Realtors, is getting the word out to sellers in a number of ways that now is the time to sell.
Any ideas on how you get people thinking about selling in a fast seller market? Beyond the usual methods? Somehow I need to convey that it is in the sellers best interest to not wait, it is a great idea to sell now, lots of buyers, interest rates are still low, but those things can change and will.
