New Listing in South Land Park With a Pool

No matter how many listings I take -- and I've sold more than 500 homes over the past 5 years according to MLS -- I still get excited. You can imagine how many I've sold over the past 40 years! Especially when the home is simply over-the-top gorgeous.

I can get suckered in with my own advertising, though. In fact, I was telling the seller of this home in South Land Park that I loved the photos and virtual tour so much that it almost made me want to buy the home myself.

Not that I need a home because I have a perfectly good home right here in Land Park. And then it hit me. My seller's home reminds me in some ways of my own home. No wonder I am in love with this home. I bet you will be, too.

Good morning, Elizabeth -- I know what you mean about that feeling when preparing the marketing material for a very special home.   The appeal of Willow Lake Way is readily apparent --  I like the skylight in the entry as well as the flow between the kitchen and family room.   It's hard to find a pool that is ten feet deep -- great for divers, right?

Michael Jacobs The last time I dove into a pool, I further perforated my eardrum, and that put an end to pool diving for me. That's what ya get after shoving a straw into your ear as a kid. Ah the consequences of stupid little kid actions. But for normal people, yes, 10-feet is an exceptional depth for a pool.
