Looking at the numbers and values, the home sold in Portola Hills was the best value. Torres way is great location in the community and part of the Crown Pointe Estate homes in Portola Hills. Situated on larger lots with many of the homes having beautiful views out toward the Pacific Ocean.
Looking at the other homes sold so far this year, the average square footage was just over 2800 square feet on much smaller Lot's. However they are situated either on the Lake in Lake Forest or in the new community Bakers Ranch.
