I am not a patient person, never have been. My lawn cutter has been absent for some time and my grass in almost a foot high. I got this guy from his son who was my sub contracted excavator and also put down an airport mix driveway that largely disappeared after my first winter here. So in an effort to get the driveway back, the man and his son put another layer down to the tune of $1200. From the beginning, it was no good. The quality of the material was wrong and was mixed by a "new guy" at the place where it was purchased. I waited two seasons for a replacement and stopped paying for my lawn last fall until the driveway was replaced.
The guys who work for the lawn guy keep changing and it became clear recently that he had no interest in making things right. I left 5 phone messages for him and no return call. My lawn hasn't been cut in 15 days and yesterday I called someone new. So now I am waiting for that person. It is hard to chase someone and I am bummed. I pay my bills the day I get them and simply don't want anything but the service I pay for. I will keep you posted.
