Tucked away about 30 minutes northwest of downtown LA is a small neighborhood in Sherman Oaks called Magnolia Woods. It's bordered by Sherman Oaks Community Quad and is really only about a 3-4 block radius just southeast of the Lake Balboa Park and the Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area.
