Liven up your landscape

By
Real Estate Agent 0225218019

If you want to give your landscape a facelift you can do it without plants by sprucing up your mailbox with paint and art.

The Paint Quality Institute recommends using acrylic paint for duability.

You can also use lawn ornaments that show off your personal style, creativity and personality.

This article from RISMedia details how to accomplish this.

Great post and idea.  Here in AZ most everything is the color of sand so it's nice when someone chooses a different color.  So much sunshine though means paints fade.  Even our license plates fade!

Good tips - I didn't know that 100% acrylic paint was the way to go. Thanks.

Sybil, Debbie is right!  Still, I think that some nice plantings are a good idea.

I love yard art and have to keep myself in check or my yard would look like a junk yard.

It does not take a lot to dress up the front of a home and well worth it.

We painted our beige colored large mailbox with lime green paint (one of the colors in our logo) and you can see it from a half a mile. It is great for giving directions!
