This gorgeous heirloom variety of melon is aptly named for it creamy smooth outer skin with jade lines and spots. The flesh is white sweet and firm, and may slightly remind you of honeydew melon. It is a small size melon, perfect for two to enjoy plain with a squeeze of lime, or Italian style draped with thinly sliced Proscuitto di Parma.

Have not seen this variety here..you will often find melon chunks ready to eat in our fridge...refreshing !
