We have all seen this person on the road. Coming up fast from behind you and cutting you off then weaving in and out of traffic. The Lane Weaver. Dangerous. Must be in a hurry. Terrible driver. Agitated. Or crazy. Definitely scary. But it made me think in business and in life people that OFFEND you, you wonder why me? Sweet me? What did I do to them?

But the LESSON of the Lane Weaver? It is not YOU. It is them!! Notice they are doing that to everyone. Step back when people irritate, disappoint, frustrate, break your heart or hurt you. Something going on inside THEM.
