On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values decreased 2.7% to an avarage price of $247,590 in October of 2016 from $254,330 in September 2016, and jumped 7.0% from price of $231,330 in October of 2015. While, homes sales declined 5.3% in October of 2016, from September of 2016, but gained 1.0% from October of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 4.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, higher from 3.9 in September of 2016, but lower from 4.3 months in October of 2015. An average it took 42.2 days to sell a home in October 2016, up from 42.2 days in September 2016, but down from 49.2 days in October of
2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
