Hi Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD.  Multi-gen living is a thoughtful concept that works on so many levels.  In New Hampshire, a recently passed housing law permits owners to create separate fully developed living quarters within the home to accomodate extended family living or as sources of additional income.  Prior to adoption, most village zoning prohibited the creation of an additional dwelling unit within the home.   I hope multi-gen living begins to catch on in my neck of the woods.  Happy New Year.
