The "Oh WOW' factor in sales is worth everything; a happy client, referrals, and a feeling of satisfaction.
I visited my listing Monday night and the flyer box was empty and the flyers on the table by the door way were all gone. But in my hand I had 50 high gloss flyers that had been delivered to me Sunday night. As I placed them on the table the Seller picked one up and said, "Oh Wow."
That "Oh Wow" really was worth a thousand bucks (OK maybe five but it really felt good)
I realized that no matter how big or how little the cause of the "Oh Wow" does not matter.

What is interesting to me is that when I received the flyers I made a comment to another Realtor that I did not really need the high gloss flyers and that the flyers from our own office printer were the same value as far as the information to potential buyers. I had mentioned that for future listing I would not purchase them.
The "Oh Wow" changed my mind. The "Oh Wow" means the seller is happy and that means all kinds of good things. The money I paid for the high gloss flyers returned many times from the one "Oh Wow"
