7 properties sold.  The average home was 3315 sq. ft.   The average sale price was

$354,536 and it sold in 120 days.

Stonebrook Estate

8 properties sold.  The average home was 3674 sq. ft.  The average sale price was

$571,258  and it sold in 63 days.

 

The Verandes

5 properties sold. The average home was 3374 sq. ft.  The average sale price was

$427,000 and it sold in 187 days.
