When it is time to move, you hope the seller takes everything? But every now and then they leave something behind for the new buyer? In this case though, there is no new buyer yet. The sellers have left, the home will be sold vacant. Sitting in the room of this Windham NH area home is a Giant ball. Placed in the center of the room near the fireplace and centered between 2 large windows on either side.
Any guesses? I do not have or know the answer. All we can do is wonder?
Before i tell you my guess and why, I like to have a conversation with all my sellers when listing a home. Personal property should not be left. That which is attached, known as a fixture, must stay. Paint, oil, gas and such should not remain.
Most often i speak to my seller upon getting an offer and going over anything the buyer may have asked for. Again a reminder on what to leave and what not to.
When I was a kid, those balls had a handle on them and you punched them. These days some call them yoga or exercise balls. My take is it was left for the new owner to relieve stress from moving in. Or perhaps me, as i handle the sale. I dont think anyone wants to see me doing yoga????
